Authors may request the withdrawal of their manuscript for various reasons, such as errors, changes in authorship, or unforeseen circumstances.

If authors wish to withdraw a manuscript, the following steps must be completed:

1. The corresponding author must email the editorial office with the withdrawal request, stating the manuscript title and ID.
2. A withdrawal form will be sent to the authors. All authors must provide handwritten signatures (e-signatures not accepted).
3. The completed form must be scanned and returned to the editorial office.
4. The editorial office will then issue an official letter confirming the withdrawal.

Until the final confirmation letter is issued, the manuscript will be considered under review at FJHS. Any attempt to submit the manuscript elsewhere before this confirmation will be regarded as ethical misconduct.
